Privacy Policy
Hanora Kids Trip (the "Service") takes your personal data seriously and complies with the Personal Information Protection Act and other applicable laws of the Republic of Korea.
1. Personal Data We Collect
The Service can be used without signing up, and we do not collect personal data that identifies you, such as your name or contact details. The following may, however, be processed while we provide the Service.
① Location: when you use SOS (finding nearby facilities), your current location is used on your device. It is used only to search for nearby facilities and is not stored on our servers.
② Usage records: the screens you visit, how long you stay, browser and device information, where you arrived from and your language are generated and collected automatically. We use a cookie holding a random identifier to tell visitors apart, and we do not store IP addresses.
③ Information you submit in a report: if you use the report feature, the content of your report and any photo you attach are stored. Reports are received anonymously and we do not ask for contact details. Please take care that photos do not contain personal data such as identifiable people.
2. Why We Use It
① Recommending places and guiding you to nearby facilities
② Analysing usage statistics and improving quality
③ Receiving and checking reports, and updating place information
④ Preventing misuse and keeping the Service stable
3. How Long We Keep It
We do not store location data.
Usage records are kept for one year from collection for statistical analysis, then destroyed.
Reports are kept for one year after they have been checked and acted on, then destroyed. Attached photos are deleted as soon as the report has been acted on.
Where the law sets a different retention period, that period applies.
4. Sharing with Third Parties
We do not provide your personal data to third parties, except where required by law.
5. Processors
To run the Service we entrust the following work to others.
① Supabase Inc. — database and image storage
② Vercel Inc. — hosting and request handling
③ Google LLC — usage analytics (Google Analytics)
④ NAVER Cloud Corp. — map display and address-to-coordinate conversion
We will announce any change to this list through this policy.
6. Transfer Abroad
Supabase Inc., Vercel Inc. and Google LLC keep their servers outside Korea (in the United States), so the following information is transferred abroad while you use the Service.
What is transferred: usage records (screens visited, time spent, browser and device information, language, cookie identifier) and the content and photos of reports
When and how: sent over the internet as you use the Service
Why: providing the Service, storing data and analysing usage
How long: the same periods set out in section 3.
You may refuse the transfer abroad by blocking cookies in your browser or by using the opt-out methods in section 7. Doing so may limit your use of the Service.
7. Usage Analytics and How to Opt Out
We use Google Analytics and our own visit records to understand how the Service is used. Neither collects information that identifies you, such as your name or contact details.
You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing Google's opt-out tool (https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout).
You can opt out of our own visit records by blocking or clearing cookies in your browser.
8. Cookies
We use cookies to remember conveniences such as your language setting and to tell visitors apart. You can refuse cookies in your browser settings, in which case your language setting may not be kept.
9. Your Rights
You may at any time ask to see, correct, delete or stop the processing of your personal data. Where the Service holds no personal data about you, this may not apply.
