Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms set out the conditions and procedures for using the Service, which recommends places suitable for visiting with children and provides information on family facilities, together with the rights, obligations and responsibilities of the Service and its users.

Article 2 (Definitions)

① "Service" means the service that recommends places suitable for visiting with children and provides information on facilities such as nursing rooms and toilets, based on the district, child's age and situation chosen by the user.

② "User" means a person who uses the Service under these Terms.

Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of the Terms)

① These Terms take effect when posted on the Service.

② The Service may amend these Terms within the limits of applicable law. Any amendment will be announced in advance, stating the effective date and the reason for the change.

Article 4 (Scope of the Service)

The Service provides the following information.

① Recommendations of places to visit with children

② Information on family facilities (nursing rooms, baby changing tables, stroller access and the like)

③ Locations of urgent facilities (SOS)

④ Other information determined by the Service

Article 5 (Provision, Change and Suspension of the Service)

① The Service is, as a rule, available 24 hours a day, all year round.

② The Service may change or suspend all or part of the Service where unavoidable, such as for system maintenance, communication failure or force majeure.

Article 6 (Accuracy of Information and Limits of Responsibility)

① Information on places, opening hours and facilities reflects the time it was collected and may differ from the current situation.

② Users are advised to check directly with the place before visiting.

③ The Service is not liable for damage arising from errors, changes or delays in the information, save where caused by its intent or gross negligence. The same applies to the accuracy of information provided by third parties, such as public data.

Article 7 (Obligations of Users)

Users must not do any of the following.

① Copy, distribute or crawl the information on the Service without permission

② Interfere with the normal operation of the Service

③ Breach applicable law or these Terms

Article 8 (Intellectual Property)

Copyright and other intellectual property rights in the content and data created by the Service belong to the Service. Users may not use them for commercial purposes without prior consent.

Article 9 (Disclaimer)

① The Service is released from liability where it cannot provide the Service due to force majeure or an equivalent event.

② The Service is not responsible for the results a user expects from information obtained through the Service.

Article 10 (Governing Law and Disputes)

① These Terms are interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Korea.

② Where a dispute arises in connection with the Service, the Service and the user shall endeavour to resolve it amicably through discussion.
